How It’s Done
You schedule a day: we pick up right from your doorstep or you can drop off at our office
You choose a detergent, select add ons and let us know if you have any special instructions.
We wash with cold water, unless requested otherwise.
We offer a few different detergent options to choose from.
All laundry will be dried using wool dryer balls, with the option to select essential oils added for fragrance.
We wash - dry - fold - bag your laundry.
Your laundry will be delivered or ready for pickup within 48 hours
Express turnaround service is available for an extra fee. Laundry will be completed within 24 hours of the time we receive your laundry.
A round trip delivery surcharge is added on to each order, based on distance from our office.
This fee is waived for established cleaning service clients and recurring laundry service clients.
No fee will be added for Drop and Collect orders.
With all Drop and Collect orders, we will credit the cost of 2 pounds of laundry, per order.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH PICKUP AND DELIVERY
When we pick up your laundry from your doorstep, first time customers can leave laundry in plastic bags.
Recurring clients will receive a (30x45 inch) BTS reusable laundry bag for a $5 deposit. We ask our clients to please place laundry to be cleaned, inside this bag when leaving on your doorstep or porch. This allows for easy identification for our employees while allowing us to reduce the number of bags collected each day.
For reference, a 13 gallon garbage bag can hold approximately 15 pounds of laundry. Our orange reusable laundry bag can hold approximately 40 pounds of laundry.
Once completed, your laundry will be folded and bagged in clear plastic bags and placed on your doorstep, with your folded reusable bag included for use with your next order.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand life happens, schedules change, and there may be a time where you have to cancel or reschedule.
WE REQUIRE A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE
ALL CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 48 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A $30 CANCELLATION FEE.

We are not responsible for items left in pockets.
At this time, we do not offer stain treatment. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
Orders must be paid for and picked up within 7 days of completion. You will be reminded about order completion, however, after 7 days, any orders that are not claimed may be donated or disposed of.
While we take extreme caution, carefully inspect laundry and do not anticipate damages, BTS can not be held liable for any damaged property
